Together with Arburg, Kebo and Borouge International (Borealis), we will be demonstrating live at Fakuma the production of injection pens for medical technology — with individual, part-specific marking in the form of a Data Matrix code that changes from shot to shot.
The parts produced are read by a Keyence camera and synchronized in real time with your process and production data from the database. Every part is therefore uniquely serialized and linked to its digital twin. This makes traceability, quality assurance and counterfeit protection a reality.

The entire marking process
