  1. Which data do we collect

The personal information entered by you into the contact form or submitted though the attachments you attach (“Personal Information”) are stored and used by matriq AG for the sole purpose of processing your application for a position at matriq AG. Sensitive Personal Information on racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs or beliefs of similar nature, trade union membership, physical or mental health or condition, sexual orientation will not be collected intentionally, unless this is required by law.

  1. Your obligation

You are responsible that the Personal Information you submit is truthful, correct, complete and free of any kind of malware.

  1. Use of Personal Information

We may use the Personal Information for the purpose of employment consideration for the specific job that you have applied for or another job where we asses that your skills match best.

  1. Correction and Deletion

You may ask for correction, or deletion of your Personal Information at any time.

Generally, we will keep your Personal Information stored for up to 12 (twelve) months. This retention period starts right after you applied for a vancancy or submitted an unsolicited application.

After expiration of the retention period, we will delete your Personal Information.

  1. Consent to international transfers of Personal information

The Personal Information we collect from you will be transmitted encrypted and currently stored in a data center in the EU Data Boundary. By applying and submitting your Personal Information to us, you consent to the transfer of the Personal Information outside of Switzerland if necessary.

matriq AG does not accept any liability for the availability of our website, the accuracy and correctness of information contained herein or for data loss and the illegal intrusion of third parties. Except where mandatory liability applies for intent, gross negligence, loss of life, bodily harm or injury to health, matriq’s liability shall be excluded.

matriq AG is committed to protect the security of your Personal Information. A variety of security technologies and procedures are used to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

  1. Cookies

The matriq AG webpage places session cookies on your computer. These help you in navigating through the application. They do not contain or transmit any Personal Information and will be deleted at the end of the session. You may also turn off cookies in your browser. Where legally permissible, this agreement and any claims related thereto shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland and all disputes hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sankt Gallen, Switzerland.
